Carefully prepared on the basis on three aromatic Arabica beans from Nicaragua, Colombia and Ethiopia, prepared according to recipes provided by the Russian aristocratic Romanov family. Moderately roasted, it gives a medium-intensity infusion with nutty and fruity notes. It is recommended for any time of the day, it tastes great with thick brown sugar candies. The coffee roastery demonstrates a lot of skill with its blends and mixtures. An experienced roast master is essential for this process. When creating the blend, care is taken to ensure that the different types of coffee complement each other well and that a harmonious taste is created. Since coffee is a natural product, the roaster must continuously test in order to compensate for fluctuations in flavours, because coffee beans of the same variety can differ in their aromas from season to season. After all, the end product should always meet its own high quality standards.
