A coffee that won a gold medal in 2017 at the European Coffee Championship in the filter coffee category. This is a Direct Trade Flight Coffee, where small batches are transported by air directly to the roastery. This ensures that the product is fresh and that the people working during the harvest are properly rewarded. Crops in the Burundian highlands reach an altitude of 1800-1950 meters above sea level. The cup is full-bodied, very flesh with a slight sharpness in the background. The predominant flavor notes are blueberries, red fruit and stone seeds. It is a unique coffee with limited availability, rarely found in the world market.
